01. Quote + Details
Within the next couple of days, I’ll reach out with a personalized quote based on the pieces, quantity and add-ons you selected. I’ll also send you a more detailed design questionnaire so I can learn more about your wedding and how you’d like to customize your suite. You’ll receive a brief project timeline as well, so we can stay on track for your preferred mailing date.

02. Make It Official
Ready to move forward? A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to officially book your project and begin the design process. Once your deposit is received, I’ll get to work bringing your suite to life!

03. Your First Proof
Next, you’ll receive your first digital proof featuring your wedding details and customizations. From there, we’ll work together to perfect everything. Unlimited revisions are included, so we can adjust the colors, wording, patterns and other customizable details until your suite feels just right.

04. Final Approval + Payment
Once you’re completely happy with your suite, you’ll give final approval and I’ll send an invoice for the remaining balance. Full payment is required before your stationery is sent to print.

05. Production
Once your final payment is received, your invitations will officially enter production! Production time varies depending on the pieces, printing methods and finishing touches included in your order. Your project timeline will give you a better idea of what to expect for your specific suite.

06. Packaged + Sent Your Way
Once everything is printed and ready, I’ll carefully package your stationery and ship it directly to you—or have it ready for pickup if you selected local pickup.

One Last Thing — Assembly!

Unless you purchase the Full Suite Assembly add-on, your stationery will arrive unassembled, with the individual pieces packaged separately. You’ll be responsible for assembling each invitation suite before addressing, stamping and mailing them.

Don’t worry—I’ll include assembly instructions with your order to make putting everything together as simple as possible!
